Most people building a home get passed from an agent to a designer to a builder to a lender, and every hand-off adds confusion. With us, one team stays with you from the first lot you walk to the day you move in.

Talk through your project

  1. Secure the land

    Use land you already own, find a lot that isn't tied to a builder, or explore builder-optioned lots. We check what the property allows before you commit.

  2. Design your home

    Work with a professional home designer on a plan that fits your life, your budget and your land, from first sketch to final rendering.

    Mike Carroll, co-owner of Sunrise Realty Group, also owns MC Design House, an independent residential design firm and a referral partner of Sunrise Realty Group. You are never required to use MC Design House and are free to choose any designer.

  3. Choose a trusted builder

    Meet vetted builders who understand quality and communication. We help with the construction contract so your builder fully understands the plan.

  4. Build with confidence

    Your builder handles construction while we stay involved, coordinating updates and answering questions so the project stays on track.

  5. Close and move in

    We guide you through financing, closing and move-in, with the same contact you've had since day one.
